Symposia & projects
The acquisition and imparting of music or the instrumental and vocal learning and teaching of music is explored in an (inter-) disciplinary approach. The findings are generated through a historical, empirical, systematic and comparative research approach. In the course of constantly changing fields of practice and job profiles, scientific music education enables everyday theories and existing educational experience to be evaluated and new approaches to the acquisition and communication of music to be developed.
